After working with individual healthcare professionals and various multi-million-dollar agencies in the Behavioral Health field, our founder Cindy Day decided she could support more professionals and their agencies by starting her own company.


With over 25 years of experience in business process improvement, business analysis, operations management, Revenue Cycle Management, electronic health record implementation, strategic planning, and data analysis & management, her goal was to support others in accomplishing their leadership and business growth by implementing some of the techniques she has used for years.


Since then, numerous leaders, executives and healthcare professionals have been able to improve accuracy and efficiency, analysis and reporting capabilities, enhance their technology, and develop and empower their staff to improve performance, increase revenue and strategically move their businesses forwarded.
